Elevation Design

As you can see from the elevation design of The Magnus Mall Gulberg, this is the biggest shopping mall in Rawalpindi & Islamabad. There is double parking in the basement, with opening on to Ground Level 1 through elevators. From ground level 2 you can go to upper floors through lift or escalators.
The ground level 1 is opening on the main road of Residencia in front of the D-Markaz facilitating the nearby residential blocks of Gulberg Residencia Islamabad. The ground level 2 is connected from the main blue area road of the D-Markaz. However, Ground level 3 is connecting from the upper ground opposite to the grid station. In addition, the first floor is above the ground level 3 and then the next floors are coming respectively.
There are shops and offices from ground level 1 to the 1st floor. However, the second and third floors are reserved for food courts. After food courts, there is a cinema, swimming pool, penthouses, gym, tennis court, and bowling alley on the above floors.

You will have to do 30% down payment along with the following documents to us for booking a shop on your name:

Copy of you CNIC or NICOP
Copy of CNIC or NICOP of the nominee (next of kin)

You can book your shop either by visiting our office in Gulberg Islamabad or you can do the online pay order/bank transfer of 30% amount of the shop. If you do the online transfer, please do remember to save the picture of the bank transfer screenshot to send to us.
